Using the ABC Method to be productive vs. ‘busy’
Wasteful, intentional or even preventable? A recent study shows that employees was about 60 hours per month. That’s over 700 wasted hours in a given year. Distractions come in all shapes in sizes from unnecessary phone calls, text messages, social media, email notifications, and office drop-ins.
Here are a few points to consider:
We often embrace distractions because they make us feel busy- all while not being productive. Busy and productive are not synonymous- in fact many times there are quite opposed to each other.
