6 Ways to Detox Your Brain from ‘Negativity Bias’
If you’re a problem-solver you may have the propensity to focus on what’s wrong, so you can fix it. However if we continue to focus on things we cannot change we can easily fall into the trap of negativity. Is it time for a mental detox you may ask yourself? The best way to answer that question is to try the detox first and if you notice a big improvement, then yes this was the time.

Another suggestion for overcoming negativity is to find a positive way to help others. Then you are looking at the positives and can feel good about what you are doing. Get your mind off work and participate in almost anything that is fun.
Also suggest you only handle one task at a time. When you have completed it, you will have eased the pressure.
Great input. Helping others is the quickest way to get our focus off ourselves and our own problems.
Sometimes there is no time to help others or complete a bothering task. That is especially true late at night when my sandwiched family is trying to sleep.
While neither your vlog nor the comments in this thread are trying to be religious, I find suave, balm, and comfort for the negativity of this life in reading the Bible free of trying to research any principle or doctrine. In this age the books written by John and Paul are exception as are those of Matthew, Mark, and Luke along with the rest of its writers, Old and New Testaments. For those who have never read them, they are worth the read.
