If I were to go back to originating reverse mortgages today I can tell you exactly what I’d do. First I would get myself a professional website- after all- who wants to do business with someone who cannot be found online? Very few would.

The baby boomer stats are surprising to me, thanks!!!
To be clear it was mainly the demand of the oldest Baby Boomers that forced desktop computers into mainstay corporate America. After the initial slowdown from learning a new tool, the efficiency and cost reduction provided by these ugly machines on our desks to the administrate and the executive offices in major US corporations caused corporate management to get desktop PCs on their desks, whether it was nothing more than an oversized paperweight or a great source for golf games and other distractions.
Then came the practical use of the Internet. For many this made the computer all but indispensable to personal work production. Again it was overwhelmingly Baby Boomers who found ever more practical uses for the desktop PC through the Internet.
So why there is any surprise of the personal use of phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops by Baby Boomers in retirement is very surprising by one who was a pioneering Baby Boomer when it came to opening up the corporate world to the use of PCs and the Internet.
