Good Friday food for thought, 7 C’s, not bad. How about # 8, Courage, have the courage to go out and do things that others will not do to get business! Courage means to work hard, smart and not expect others to do it for you!

The 8 C’s (John’s added one) are all needed.
There is one that needs modification. Never let your desire for consistency turn into the expectation that if you can just keep doing the same thing over and over failure will turn into success. Many inventors keep experimenting when failure sets in but most realize they have to change what they are doing over and over in order to succeed.
