Excellent suggestions. Having others to provide encouragement and to prevent too much or too little 1) self introspection and 2) self reflection is very valuable and important.
Yet there is one thing lacking. Without tracking the information that will be discussed, the conversation seems doomed to recollections that are biased and faulty with the added temptation of trying to look better than you are. The first accountability should be to one’s self.
