Shannon, that was an excellent video this morning about building trust. Do you have that list that you could email to me in a pdf format?
I would like to put it on the bulletin board in my office. And I’m sure many other of your viewers would like to have that list.

Another suggestion I would add is to make your borrower feel good about their their decision to have worked with you by sending a follow-up “Thank You” note both after submission of the application and also after the loan closes. That leaves the door open to casually ask for referrals.
Thanks Shannon for your follow-up on 10 ways to build trust as a suggested topic is appreciated. One tries to do the best job we can and do what is best for the client. Your ideas are a great check point to see that we are following why we do HECM”s. I religiously watch and read your blogs and articles. I work with Jay Kaplan.
Sincerely yours
