We are hearing about comebacks and recovery with ever more frequency but this is the second month in a row for even lower endorsements. HECM year-to-date endorsements are at a more than ten year low and headed down still further.
Few HECM endorsement analysts realistically except a turnaround this fiscal year. Several of us are eyeing fiscal 2017 as the year we begin seeing a turnaround.
