12 Quotes to Feed Your Soul

‘Believe me, we all need this now more than ever.’

Now more than ever we are keenly aware of the collective stress and anxiety our neighbors, friends, or perhaps even our own. With that in mind how you care for your mind, will, and emotions are crucial not only for your own happiness but for the welfare of those around you.

First, a few principles that I’ve been drilling through my head in the last month.

    • Change begins with saying “I am willing”. ‘I am willing to try a better approach’.
    • Even being unwilling works. ‘I am not willing to let fear consume and control me’.
    • You are not your thoughts, but what you do. It’s your actions that matter, not what your inner voice may be saying.
    • Expect nothing and accept everything. Not to surrender and give up but to accept and move on and take action.

I only ask that if you feel lifted to add your own encouragement or inspirational quotes- just leave them as a comment on this post.
