Your post is back up! Good presentation, you were right on target with your 5 points. The one about getting to know one another and establishing a bond and trust between one another is so very important, I can’t emphasize that enough.

Another point is to be extremely patient with your client, we must all remember, we are dealing with seniors and our product is different than other forma of loans/mortgages. Be patient, explain in detail and don’t assume they got it down pat the first go around. That is my tip added tou you list my friend!
