  1. Correction: The New York Bill does not provide for using RM proceeds for LTC Insurance but rather LTC needs (paying for LTC expenses). To date no specific provisions for LTC Insurance have been included.

  2. Once again, we find that there is no minimum IQ required to be a congressman. In 2001, I tried proposing a simple tax concept to our DC types. I do not believe that any of them had ever taken a class in accounting, taxation, or even had run a profitable business. How can people who cannot even read, much less produce a balance sheet propose any laws that affect business?
