  1. I would like to know if this Hecm lenders report is reporting endorsements or originations. It is mentioned that the production numbers include TPO’s and I think it would be quite telling to know what percentage of each lenders business comes from this source.
    Also, the historical endorsement date only goes back 5 years……that is 2010. I think data going back to at least 2000 would be very enlightening.

  2. Another miserable endorsement month. No one should expect much improvement in monthly endorsement numbers during the remainder of fiscal 2014.
