For over a decade we have heard how that this shop or that has the best H4P program. Yet the result is the same; miserable H4P production. Where do you see others failing?
Real estate sales licensees have absolutely no reason to be negative to H4Ps and by Mike Banner’s experiences, they are very receptive to the idea of H4P BUT getting referrals from them has been dismal.
