Do you know of any originators who have used Fidelity Homestead Associates and are satisfied with the results? I am somewhat reluctant to provide them with my senior’s home phone number since I do not know them or anyone that has used them. I do need someone for a current file and, if reliable, would love to be able to count on them in the future.

  I know that AAG has used them. Beyond that I would recommend calling them and asking for a few LO references. I’m sure they would be happy to assist you.

  David, I am attempting to get a payoff on a 2nd mortgage for a customer who is now incapacitated. The closing is scheduled for 3/9 but we have not been successful in locating someone to assist with this request. The customer has a daughter involved now and she was not aware her father took out a 2nd mortgage. Could you point me in the right direction.
