The richness of life is not found in operating just one of our five senses. Face to face interaction draws on at least four of our five senses. Print is helpful but a few hundred written words gives you little insight into the recipient. Calling someone when there is nothing at stake is a very good way to get to know that person.

Great presentation. What you stated could not be any better than a piece of advise from everyone watching your video. No better way to firm up your connections from past and present is to say, Hello” via the phone, nothing the live message verses an e-mail!
