Biggest Problem I see with the Industry is declining Profit Margins with New Government Guidelines i.e. Yield Spread.

We are about to enter a period of stag flation for our industry.The economy is headed to higher interest rates with an abundance of homes for sale by the banks putting more pressure on home values.
