Doing video opens the door to liability and most lenders will demand the video pass compliance. The wise LO will be very careful about publishing any online content without approval. Just look at the new legal issue with advertisements that mention age criteria for mortgage eligibility. Maybe I’m being too careful, but then again better safe than sorry.

Very much agree. I use bomb bomb and it has brought me very positive results including closed loans. I’ll be at their gathering in a couple of weeks in Denver.
I’ve added about 10 videos to my reverse Focus website also. I even answer a lot of everyday emails with video, in many cases it is actually easier than typing or dictating.
