Hi Tom:
I enjoyed your interview. I have been in the business about 5 years and appreciate your insight. You mentioned the power of sending cards. Can you elaborate on that a bit. Do you send to past clients? Post cards? Please if you will give me a little more information.

Tom is full of great marketing ideas. Knowing the value of the homes in his neck of the woods, his higher marketing costs are more than justified.

I have a lot of the same questions as Sandy and even a few more.
